Set Up:
Two teams are set up on the end line, with each team having a line diagonally across from each other. The players will pass and shoot from all four lines and keep track of their goal scoring totals. During the game, the teams will finish a pass from their own team, followed by a pass from the other team. For example, Player 1 passes across to his teammate, Player 2. Player 2 gets two touches on the ball - one to prepare the ball, and the next to shoot. After passing, Player 1 runs to finish a pass from a player on the opposing team - Player 3. Player 3 then runs to finish a pass from Player 4. Player 4 will run to finish a pass from the opposing player - Player 5 - the drill continues. After shooting, players join their teammates on the other end line.
*If a players takes more than two touches or hits the ball first time, his shot will not count.
