Regular 4-2-3-1 "Shearer"

Playing 4 in Defense.  The left and right back are "Wing Backs" who will follow runs up the wing.  Wingbacks must be able to dribble and provide feeding play, as well tracking back to line up with the center backs as needed.

2 Central Defensive Midfielders.  These playmakers need to be able to deliver the ball forward through passsing or runs, but are also strong tacklers and containment players.

Left and Right Midfield Winger - creating space on either side of the field.  Fast and good dribbling skills.

Central Midfielder - acting as a delivery mechanism for the attack.  Through ball and dribbling specialist.

False 9 and Striker- Score goals. Harry the defense.  

Offensive Mode "Keagan"

Wingbacks play up, Midfield moves forward, Strikers play more level with each other.

Defensive mode "Robson"

Wingbacks stay back, Wingers stay in the midfield.  Play containment football, Counterattacking plays only.
