Organization:
Play with a CM, CF and a left and right winger. Two defenders start off in the center on the penalty box line near the CF. The game starts off with a pass, throw or roll from the GK to the CM, who passes the ball to a winger. The defenders score with a pass into one of the two small goals. Rotate players in.

Winger must attack the endline and try to cross the ball from the endline. Runs from forwards and midfielder in the box.
Defenders:
