ORGANIZATION:
Area: 35y x 20y. The attacking team with four players scores on the large goal with the goalkeeper. The defending team, three players, scores on a small goal. When the ball goes over the sideline, the attackers pass the ball back onto the field. The defenders can also dribble the ball back in. Continuous play until a goal is scored or the ball goes over the endline. When the defending team has the ball, they should use their goalkeeper as a fourth field player. Switch attackers and defenders after a couple of minutes.
