(1) Start with a low shot from the end line near the goal. The goalkeeper deals with the shot and rolls the ball to the goalkeeper on the 18. (2) Deal with the shot and rollit back to the Feeder. (3) Run to the other post to deal with another low shot. Switch positions after four turns. Switch sides after each goalie had four turns, several times.
