Set Up:

Individual player working continuously with a partner. The player receives passes inside of the box of cones and makes the return pass.

Description:

Part One – Scan behind you before receiving, then make a one touch pass back.

Part Two - Check out (touch a cone), check in, make a one touch pass back.

Part Three - Take the ball out of the box with the first touch, then pass it back..

Focus Points:

  • Set your feet early, be up on your toes

  • Call for the pass

  • Strike the top half of the ball
