Set Up:
Individual player dribbles through two zig zag courses of cones.
Description:
Part One - Cones are set up in a wide zig zag pattern. Dribble around the outside of the cones using the outside of the foot closest to the cone to change direction.
Part Two - Slalom through a straight line of cones set up close together. Again, use the outside of the foot closest to the cone to make the sharp change of direction.
